Trigger Spray Technical Information

OpUs trigger sprays from Nexus Packaging utilise the OnePak™ pre-compression engine. This innovation controls the pressure inside the trigger head to ensure that product is delivered through the nozzle at a minimum of 3 bar pressure ensuring effective and consistent spray and foaming patterns.

OnePak™ Pre-Compression – How it works.

• Compression is created when the piston is pushed into the sprayer.
• The liquid will seek the path of least resistance and attempt to leave the sprayer.
• The check valve is bias-closed, stopping the flow of liquid back into the dip tube.
• When liquid pressure reaches 3 bars / 43.5 psi, the priming dome valve “pops” open.
• This sudden release of the dome causes the liquid to be dispensed at high velocity creating very effective and consistent spray and foam patterns.
